Business Automations
In-HouseAI Co-Founder Agent
You're the founder, the de facto CTO, the de facto CFO, and the ops team, often before lunch. We set up Claude as an AI co-founder, wired directly into your codebase, spreadsheets, inbox, and project tracker, so it can help ship product, model your cash runway, and run the repetitive work eating your week. Not a chat window you have to remember to open. A system that already knows your business.
Who this is built for
We work with fewer clients than most agencies because we go deeper. Before we look at options, be honest with yourself about whether this describes your situation.
This is for you if:
- Early-stage or solo founder (or a very small team) making most of the calls yourself
- You're already acting as your own CTO, CFO, or ops person, and it's starting to show
- You have real decisions in front of you (what to build next, what you can actually afford, what to automate) but no one to pressure-test them with
- You already use, or are willing to use, tools like Claude, Notion or ClickUp, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets for your financials
- You want a system that learns your business and gets sharper over time, not a one-off prompt you'll forget
- You're ready to hand off the repeatable parts of the job so your hours go to the decisions only you can make
This is not for you if:
- You want someone to run the whole business for you with zero involvement from you
- You're looking for a single clever prompt, not a system wired into your actual tools
- You don't have, or don't want, accounts for the tools we'd connect your co-founder to
- You're already big enough to hire a real CTO and CFO, and just haven't gotten to it yet
- You're not willing to walk us through how you currently make decisions, even roughly, so we can build around it
- You want this to replace talking to customers or making the calls only a founder can make (it won't, and shouldn't)
The solo-founder ceiling
You didn't plan to be the bottleneck in every function. Here's how the story usually goes for a founder running the business mostly alone:
- 1
Founder Does Everything
You wear every hat because you have to. At this size, it's actually the fast way to move: no handoffs, no waiting on anyone else's calendar.
- 2
The Juggling Act
The business grows, but you don't duplicate. Every bug, every pricing question, every recurring report still routes through you. Decisions start queuing up behind you instead of flowing through you.
- 3
The Bottleneck
You can't justify a $150K+ CTO or a $120K+ CFO yet, and you can't keep doing both well while also doing the one job only you can do: setting direction, talking to customers, closing the next deal. Growth stalls because you're the bottleneck in every function at once.
What inaction is actually costing you
This is the part most founders don't calculate: not the cost of setting up an AI co-founder, but the cost of not having one. It's the cost you're already paying, quietly, every week you keep doing every job yourself.
No technical co-founder, so every product call and bug waits on you
When there's no one to turn ideas into shipped product, it either doesn't ship, or it ships slowly, through expensive contractors who don't know your business the way you do.
No CFO, so you're guessing at runway, pricing, and margins
Cash questions get answered with gut feel instead of a model you can actually trust, until a surprise shows up in the bank balance and there's no time left to react.
Repetitive ops work eats the hours you need for the big decisions
Reporting, scheduling, inbox triage, and status updates quietly consume the exact hours that should be going toward the decisions only a founder can make.
Hiring the team you actually need costs $250,000–$400,000+ a year, or your equity
A CTO and CFO combined routinely run six figures each before either is proven, and bringing on a real co-founder instead means splitting ownership of the business you built.
What we build and why it works
Six Figure Consulting sets up Claude as a working AI co-founder for your business, not a chatbot in a browser tab. We connect it to the tools and data you already run your business on through MCP (Model Context Protocol), so it can actually act: write and review code, build financial models, draft and send the recurring stuff, and flag what needs your attention. Founders who hand this off typically get 10+ hours a week back, the same time delegation unlocks across every system we build.
AI CTO Agent
Claude Code wired into your codebase or no-code stack, so you can ship features, fix bugs, and review pull requests in the same conversation, without hiring a technical co-founder.
AI CFO Agent
Your spreadsheets, invoices, and accounting data connected through MCP, so Claude can model cash runway, show your real margins, and flag financial risk before it becomes a crisis.
AI Ops Agent
Your inbox, calendar, and project tracker connected so recurring reporting, scheduling, and follow-ups run themselves instead of running you.
One Co-Founder Workspace
Everything lives in a single Claude Project tuned to your business context: your goals, your numbers, your decisions so far, instead of a dozen disconnected prompts you re-explain every time.
How it works
- 1
Apply
Tell us what you're building, which hats you're currently wearing, and where the busywork actually lives.
- 2
Audit & wiring
We map your real decisions and connect Claude to your codebase, financial tools, and ops stack through MCP.
- 3
Launch & tune
Your AI co-founder goes live across CTO, CFO, and ops work, and we tune it monthly as your business changes.
What's included
Business & Decision Mapping
We document how you actually run the business today, so the system is built around your real decisions, not a generic template.
Claude Projects for CTO, CFO & Ops
Three purpose-built Claude workspaces, each loaded with the context and instructions to act in that role.
MCP Tool Connections
Your codebase, spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and project tracker connected directly, so Claude can read and act on real data, not guesses.
Monthly Tuning & Review
We review what the system is catching and missing each month, and sharpen it as your business and priorities change.
Why SFC and not a technical co-founder or a CTO/CFO hire?
Hiring a CTO and CFO solves the problem eventually. It's slow, expensive, and still leaves you managing two more people before either one is proven.
| Hiring a CTO + CFO | Six Figure Consulting | |
|---|---|---|
| Annual Cost | $250,000–$400,000+ combined salaries | A fraction of that, built once in your own Claude account |
| Ownership | A real co-founder means splitting ownership of the business | You keep 100% ownership |
| Time to Useful | 3–6 months ramping on your business | 2–3 weeks to a working system |
| Coverage | One person, one function, one calendar at a time | CTO, CFO, and ops working in parallel |
| If You Pause | Severance, notice period, lost institutional knowledge | The system stays yours, pause or resume anytime |
| Who It Reports To | Manages up to you, still needs direction and ramp time | Already knows your business, just needs your decisions |
Investments
Two engagement models, from a one-time audit and roadmap to a fully wired, ready-to-run AI co-founder system. The right starting point depends on your stage and how much of the setup you want to own.

The real comparison isn't “SFC vs. doing it yourself.” It's “SFC vs. the alternatives.”
| Hiring a CTO + CFO | SFC One Time | |
|---|---|---|
| Annual cost | $250,000–$400,000+ combined | $2,500 SFC one time + your existing Claude and tool subscriptions |
| Time to first results | 3–6 months ramping on your business | 2–3 weeks to a working system |
| Equity | None required, but still two more people to manage | None given up, you keep full ownership |
| What you own if it ends | Nothing transferable | The full Claude Project & workflow system, forever |
| Risk if underperformance | Severance + sunk hiring cost | Pay once, keep the system either way |
A co-founder that works at 11pm, doesn't need equity, and never asks for a raise. That's the actual comparison.
FAQ
Is this actually Claude, or your own AI tool?
It's Claude, the real thing, inside your own Claude account. We configure it, Projects, Claude Code, and MCP connections, to work as your co-founder. You're not locked into a tool only we control.
Can it actually write and ship code?
Yes, through Claude Code connected to your repository. It can write features, fix bugs, and open pull requests for your review. How much you let it do autonomously versus just review is up to you.
Will it replace a financial advisor or accountant?
No. It builds and maintains the financial models and reporting most early-stage founders don't have time to build themselves, and flags things worth a closer look. For tax filing, audits, and formal compliance, that still goes through a licensed accountant. We can connect you with one through our partner network if you need it.
What if my business changes, do I have to rebuild the whole thing?
No. Part of the build is monthly tuning, so the system evolves with your business instead of going stale. A bigger pivot might need a deeper rework, but the core workspace and connections carry over.
What's the minimum commitment?
The Co-Founder Build runs for an initial 60 days, the time it takes to wire the system properly and see it running on real decisions. After that, continue month-to-month for tuning and support, or take the system and run it yourself.
Do I need to already be technical to use this?
No. Most of our solo-founder clients aren't. The whole point is that Claude handles the technical and financial depth and explains it back to you in plain language, so you don't need a CS or finance degree to make the call.
What tools does this actually connect to?
It depends on your stack, but commonly: your codebase through Claude Code, Google Workspace for email and docs, Notion or ClickUp for your project tracker, and your spreadsheets or accounting software for financials. We map the exact list during the Blueprint phase.
I'm not a founder, I'm a busy executive. Does this still apply to me?
Yes. The same setup works for an executive running a function or a P&L mostly alone: an AI workspace wired into your real tools that handles the recurring technical, financial, and reporting work, so your time goes to the decisions only you can make.
