FAQ
Who pays the setter, closer, or VA?
You do, directly. Our fee covers sourcing, vetting, trial, placement, and support.
What if the hire doesn't work out?
Depends on your plan. On the $2,400 plan, you're covered by a 12-month replacement guarantee, so we source and place a replacement at no extra cost. On the $600 one-time placement, the placement itself isn't guaranteed beyond the initial trial.
What does "free management for 60 days" include?
Available on the $2,400 plan. For the first 60 days after placement, we actively manage your hire's performance, including check-ins and course-correcting, before handing day-to-day management fully over to you.
Do I need my own SOPs?
Yes, on both plans. We source, vet, and place trained talent, but you'll need to provide the proven SOPs your hire follows for your offer, your outreach, and your tools. We don't build those SOPs for you as part of this service.
What is your refund policy?
If you're not happy with what we deliver, tell us within 10 days of starting and we'll refund our fee. After 10 days, it isn't refundable.
