In-HouseAI Video Agent
Video ads and product demos used to mean a camera crew, actors, and weeks of turnaround. We build an AI video agent that produces UGC-style ads, avatar-led product videos, and motion content on demand, using AI avatars, generative imagery, and cinematic AI video models, so you can test and ship new creative in days, not months.
Who this is built for
We work with fewer clients than most agencies because we go deeper. Before we look at options, be honest with yourself about whether this describes your situation.
This is for you if:
- You run paid ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and need fresh creative constantly, not one hero video a year
- You want UGC-style or avatar-led video without hiring actors, a videographer, or an editor
- You have a product, offer, or service worth showing, even without existing footage
- You're willing to supply product photos, screen recordings, or brand assets, even if you never appear on camera yourself
- You want to test multiple video concepts and hooks quickly instead of betting everything on one expensive shoot
- You want to own the templates and workflow, not rent video production from an agency forever
This is not for you if:
- You need live-action footage of real people or places that can't be AI-generated, like real customer testimonials or in-person events
- You're expecting cinema-grade production value from a one-time build, that's not what this is
- You have no brand assets, offer clarity, or product to actually show
- You want one video and done, not an ongoing creative production system
- You're not willing to review and approve AI-generated output before it ships
- You're shopping for the cheapest freelancer, not a system you'll still own in a year
The production bottleneck
You've got an offer worth showing. Your creative just hasn't kept pace. Here's how the story usually goes for a founder running paid ads or launching new offers:
- 1
The One Good Video
You got one solid video made, an agency or a freelancer, and it worked. It also cost thousands of dollars and took weeks to come back.
- 2
Creative Fatigue
The same video runs for months because a new one costs as much as the first. Performance decays, CPMs climb, and you have nothing fresh to test against it.
- 3
The Production Bottleneck
Every new offer, hook, or seasonal push waits on an expensive production cycle. Competitors testing ten creatives a week are out-iterating you before you've even shot your next video.
What inaction is actually costing you
This is the part most founders don't calculate: not the cost of setting up an AI video system, but the cost of not having one. It's the cost you're already paying, quietly, every month your creative sits still.
Stale ad creative quietly bleeds ad spend
CPMs climb and conversion rates decay the longer the same creative runs, and most brands keep running old video far past the point it stopped working, because a new one is expensive.
You can't test fast enough to find what actually works
Winning creative gets found by testing many variants, not by perfecting one. A single $3,000–$10,000 shoot gives you one bet, not ten.
Hiring a videographer or production team costs $60,000+ a year
Before equipment, editing software, and actors or talent, and it still caps how many videos you can realistically produce in a month.
You're the one on camera because no one else can be
Founder-led video content stalls the moment you get busy, and most founders aren't trained on-camera talent to begin with.
What we build and why it works
Six Figure Consulting builds an AI video production system using the same AI video stack we run ourselves: HeyGen for AI avatar-led video, OpenArt for AI-generated imagery and video, Higgsfield for cinematic AI motion, and Google's Omni video models for scenes that need photoreal motion. Founders who hand this off typically ship 5–10x more video creative per month than a traditional shoot allows.
AI Avatar Video
HeyGen-powered avatar video, so you, or a digital twin trained on your likeness, can front product demos and ads without filming yourself every time.
UGC-Style Ad Creative
AI-generated, testimonial-style video ads built to perform on Meta and TikTok, without hiring actors or booking a production crew.
AI-Generated Imagery & Motion
OpenArt and Higgsfield turn product photos and brand assets into scroll-stopping visuals and cinematic motion, no stock footage involved.
Rapid Creative Testing
Multiple hooks, angles, and concepts produced in parallel, so you test ten ideas for roughly the cost of one traditional shoot.
How it works
- 1
Apply
Tell us your offer, the brand assets you already have, and where your video creative is falling short today.
- 2
System build
We configure HeyGen, OpenArt, Higgsfield, and Google's video models, and produce your first batch of video concepts.
- 3
Launch & iterate
Video ships on a cadence, and we double down on whichever hooks and angles actually perform.
What's included
Avatar & Voice Setup
A trained AI avatar, or digital twin, and a matching voice, ready to front any script without a camera.
AI-Generated Video Production
HeyGen, OpenArt, and Higgsfield configured and producing video on a repeatable, documented workflow.
Concept & Hook Variations
Multiple creative angles produced per offer, so you're testing what resonates, not guessing.
Performance-Based Iteration
We track what drives watch time, click-through, and conversions, and produce more of whatever's winning.
Why SFC and not a production agency or an in-house videographer?
A video agency sells you one expensive bet at a time. A videographer is capped by their own schedule. Neither is built to produce at the pace paid creative actually needs.
| Agency / Videographer | Six Figure Consulting | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost Per Video | $1,500–$5,000+ per video | A fraction of that, the same system producing many |
| Turnaround | Days to weeks per video | Same day to a few days per concept |
| Testing Capacity | One video, one bet | Multiple hooks and concepts tested in parallel |
| Talent | Needs actors, a videographer, on-camera talent | AI avatars, no camera crew needed |
| Ownership | Footage and templates stay with them | Built in your own accounts, you own it |
| Scalability | Capped by crew and schedule availability | Scales with however many concepts you want tested |
Investments

The real comparison isn't “SFC vs. doing it yourself.” It's “SFC vs. the alternatives.”
| Video Agency / Freelancer | SFC One Time | |
|---|---|---|
| Annual cost | $20,000–$60,000+ for ongoing production | $2,500 SFC one time + your existing AI tool subscriptions |
| Time to first video | Days to weeks per request | Same day to a few days |
| Testing capacity | One video per budget cycle | Multiple concepts tested in parallel |
| What you own if it ends | Nothing transferable | The full avatar, templates, and workflow, forever |
A video production team that works at 11pm, never asks for a raise, and tests ten ideas for the price of one. That's the actual comparison.
FAQ
Is this actually my face and voice, or a generic AI avatar?
It's your own digital twin, trained on your likeness and voice, through HeyGen, with your consent. You can still film yourself whenever you want to. The system just doesn't depend on it.
Will the video look obviously AI-generated?
Good AI avatar and generative video, used well, is genuinely hard to tell apart from real footage at the resolution most ads are actually watched at, a phone screen, mid-scroll. We also build in AI disclosure wherever the platform or your market requires it.
Can it make UGC-style testimonial ads?
Yes, that's one of the most requested formats: an AI avatar delivering a testimonial-style script, which performs well on Meta and TikTok without needing a real customer willing to go on camera.
What's the minimum commitment?
The Video Agent Build runs for an initial 60 days, the time it takes to configure the system properly and produce your first real batch of creative. After that, continue month-to-month for ongoing production, or take the system and run it yourself.
Do I own the avatar and videos afterward?
Yes. Everything is built in your own HeyGen, OpenArt, and Higgsfield accounts. We configure and produce, but you own all of it. If you ever stop working with us, you keep the avatar, the templates, and every video.
How is this different from your AI Content Agent?
AI Content Agent covers your organic social cadence: carousels, reels, and a daily posting rhythm. AI Video Agent is focused specifically on producing video ad creative and product video built for testing and paid performance, not a posting calendar. Many clients run both together.
What tools does this actually use?
HeyGen for avatar-led video, OpenArt for AI-generated imagery, Higgsfield for cinematic AI motion, and Google's Omni video models for scenes that need photoreal movement. We pick the right tool per concept rather than forcing everything through one.
Can you use our existing product photos or footage?
Yes, and it helps. Real product photos and any existing footage make the AI-generated video faster to produce and closer to your actual brand, even when the final video is mostly AI-generated.
Ready for video creative that ships as fast as you can test it?
Tell us about your offer and we'll show you what an AI-produced video system looks like for your brand.
